One small program, four pillars
As a home daycare, we don't split children into separate classrooms. Instead, one mixed-age family of learners moves through a day built on four pillars โ with activities adapted to each child's age and stage.
1. Qur'an & memorization
Recitation plays throughout the day, and children have daily Qur'an time. Preschoolers begin memorizing short surahs โ Al-Fatihah, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-Nas โ through joyful repetition, at each child's own pace, with progress shared with parents.
2. Adab & Islamic manners
Following the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet ๏ทบ: daily du'as (waking, eating, sneezing, entering), saying salaam, sharing, honesty, gentleness with others, and gratitude to Allah in everything.
3. Early learning & school readiness
Letters (English and Arabic), numbers, colors, shapes, fine motor skills, and pre-reading โ built through hands-on play so children arrive at kindergarten confident and curious.
4. Play, art & outdoor time
Free play, painting, building, music, and daily fresh air. Islamic stories and nasheeds woven into playtime โ because joy and deen belong together.
